Yes, 4 - If so, what type and how old are they? 2- 2006 Pierce Saber 1250 GPM pumps, 2 – 2007 Pierce Lance Industrial 3500GPM Pumps( Replacement process has started, 48month build time from Pierce).
- When do you plan on replacing them? Process has started 48 month build time for the smaller pumps, 52 months build time for industrial pumpers. We follow the NFPA standard for replacing apparatuses.
- Do you perform fleet maintenance internally or externally? Internally and externally. Major and Pump testing is completed externally, small repairs and running maintenance is preform internally.

We have been successful in expanding the lifespan of our apparatus due to the use of department EVT’s and robust preventative maintenance schedule. The EVTS have intimate knowledge of each truck as they are active in: build process, daily concerns, training support, relationship with venders, and major maintenance. |

- We have completed a economics and reliability study of the units to determine the depreciable life span of each unit type to guide the long-term replacement plan. See the pasted document.

- It is managed in two parts.
- Part one is internally by EVT's internally for PM's, small to medium scale work. And some limited large scale work.
- Second part is externally with contract EVT's with regularly scheduled testing and as required for OEM work.
